AMBER BURNS: grew up in Pace, Florida, where she attended The University of West Florida. She then moved to North Carolina where she earned her Master’s Degree at Gardner-Webb University. She is an athletic trainer and a middle school physical education teacher. She now lives with her husband, Ashley, wherever the military takes them. A Wink and A Smile is her first book, but she hopes to have many more to come.
